These materials are for training for Continuous Improvement (CI) Workshops, learning the Lean philosophy of improvement, and applying a CI approach to your program or organization.

Lean is an organizational growth strategy based on satisfying the customer by delivering quality products and services that are just what the customer needs, when the customer needs them, in the amount required, at the right price, while using the minimum of material, equipment, space, labor, and time. 

Using the tools in the order will walk you through the lean improvement and problem solving method. PowerPoint presentations of the individual tools and methods are included for quick reference and learning.
