The EiB low-density genotyping service is shared KASPTM genotyping platform serving all CGIAR centers and their partner program, cost-effective up to 200 markers. Low-KASP genotyping is highly specific to a target: it can be used for QC analysis, drop- down selection, marker assisted selection as well forward breeding. The markers available for use are known, validated and in use.
