In the private sector, there are number of proven methodologies that can applied in a systematic process to get results, such as Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management. Over the last two years, EiB has taught a version of this system that can be applied to CGIAR and NARS breeding programs.
In this webinar, held the third Wednesday of each month, we will share hands-on experiences of operational excellence from across the CGIAR, and learn new skills from Theresa Heitman of Experiential Excellence, starting with the 5S approach.
